Laminating

Lamination is an attractive option to traditional framing in certain cases. Lamination involves the application of art to a rigid board, flatting the art and applying an ultraviolet-protective, non-glare laminate film over the art, eliminating the need for glass or frame. Lamination is a particularly good choice for oversize posters and maps, as it will, in most cases, remove the roll-marks and wrinkles that may be in the item being laminated. We are able to laminate sizes up to 48” X 96”. Many of our customers choose lamination for their children’s art, because it is typically less costly than traditional framing, and it protects the art for many years of memories.
